I ordered the steel case leap v2, and although I understand this is refurbished and not new, the cylinder part does not work, I’ve unconnected it twice, and I cannot use the seatriser. Received my refurbished Embody chair fast and in a great shape. I was mostly concerned about the cleanliness since it's a refurb, but thankfully it's clean.

Two weeks into my Steelcase Leap v2 and it's still off-gasing horendous chemical smells. I would not recommend anyone purchase these without leaving them outside for a couple weeks straight until the chemical smells get out. There's no way in can be healthy to breathe what these chairs are off gasing. Even after removing the arm pads ($20 straight from China replacement) and leaving them outside for a week, the smell still faintly lingers and the base cushion of the chair retained the smell or has its own off gasing from ref... read more
