I ordered a refurbished Aeron Remastered and it arrived within about a week. It's in very good condition; hardly looks used, and I'm happy with it. Thank you Office Logix!

Not a huge store but has plenty of good choices
Poor quality of herman miller chair. Arm and back wasn't adjustable. They asked for video proof which I provided but stopped responding to my emails after that. Avoid at all cost. Buy from local shop after testing it yourself.
Headrest thumb screw became loose and went missing from regular use in no fault of my own. Customer service sends me the wrong part then try to blame me for their mistake and wants to charge me to send the correct part. Edit: claims it's against their policy, but sends the wrong part and refuses to correct their mistake? Make it make sense.
