Quick, easy, fair price!
Ordered an Aeron replacement mesh a few months back, its already worse than the one I replaced. Hoping this isn't the only place I can buy these. Money not well spent.
I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron, the chair came dirty as heck, literally had to spend 30 minutes cleaning it before I could put it together. While cleaning this thing I saw the seat mesh was ripped at the edge, also one of the main seat adjustments was snapped. I contacted customer service, to their benefit, they responded within a day, said we will send you replacement parts. cool, I thought. Arrived during their stated hours to find out that no one was there and the building locked. Called to see, because it looked like someone was parked around the side. Phone call was not answered, but received a text asking how they could help. A minute after letting them know I was there to look at chairs, I received a call back. I'm assuming the person I spoke to was a manager and possibly at a nearby warehouse for them. He said he was 12 minutes away and could come open the store up if I'd like to wait. The product is good but the seller is a habitual liar, watch your back. "Herman Miller PostureFit SL Kit with OLS Adapter for Aeron Chairs": 1) Incomplete Set: There was missing special adapter, what is required to attach the back support system to a chair without the need for drilling holes.
