these guys are the best, i brought my aeron in because i didn't have a torque wrench to replace the hip pivot bolt, it was done in under a minute or two. super polite and professional guys, highly recommend you do business with them
UPDATE: After calling and speaking to someone I was able to return the chair and received a replacement today. I have assembled it and it seems in good condition. They were quick to resolve the issue and appropriately professional and apologetic. Therefore I am updating the original one star to four. *** Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron from here… paid $600. Arrived missing the entire central support that holds the chair together, had chipped paint, dust bunnies and smelled like cigarettes. Thumbs down on BASIC components. Peop... read more
