José and Isaid from OIS were amazing to work with! They were so attentive to detail, patient, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Their communication was great, and they did an amazing job bringing my vision to life!
GPS will take you to the front, but all truck deliveries are from the back. Follow the building numbers and go to Building 100 (not 102 or 103). Show your paperwork to the forklift operator, and they'll start unloading. The dock is easy to back into, and the small box trucks in the back confirm you're at the right warehouse
