They're set up for corporate customers but they look after the small orders too. I had issues with something I bought and they looked after me. Great service.
We bought 2 new office chairs from the Appleton branch. Thank you Kevin for understanding the way the chair needs to function for our life style and creature comfort.. We were very happy with the service, product and price. We could actually sit in the chair and test it out, much better than buying on line! They also came fully assembled and adjusted to us. We will highly recommend you and Office Furniture Warehouse to our family and friends.
We had to remodel our office and, in that process, had new furniture installed and existing furniture stored and reassembled. The staff were professional and completed the project ahead of schedule.
