As a small business owner, I reflected on our last experience with OFW. While having relatively small need for office furniture, we always go to OFW because they are trustworthy, honest, and priced right. Our last experience with Micheal L was based on a need for a desk the could elevate to various heights so our Ops Coordinator could stand, bend, or sit while doing computer work. Once again, Michael and OFW went above and beyond. They reinforced our trust in them!
Great company to work with. They were good communicators, very thorough, and gave us a lot of personal attention even though we were a relatively small-volume customer. They were definitely persistent in following up, but I appreciated their effort and willingness to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience
Had a great and welcoming experience. Michael was incredibly helpful, allowing me to take my time as I perused the various options for office chairs. I happily found what I was looking for!
Went to get a standing desk for personal use. Excellent customer service, easy to understand and relate to.
Alyssa and Michael Were amazing! Super helpful and very nice Super patient finding just the right fit for my needs 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 will be recommending my friends and family here (also helped find my keys)
