She took the time to let me test different office chairs by sitting in them and carefully explained the specifications and differences between the models I was considering. Their expertise assisted me in my decision of which office chair to purchase, and their excellent communication from order through to collection was outstanding. Shoutout to Paula for figuring out a solution to my problem.
Very responsive to enquiries and went out of their way to freight the chair to me. I bought the Jumbo Executive chair which is very comfortable, and height adjustable which I needed.
