Their expertise assisted me in my decision of which office chair to purchase, and their excellent communication from order through to collection was outstanding. Very responsive to enquiries and went out of their way to freight the chair to me. I bought the Jumbo Executive chair which is very comfortable, and height adjustable which I needed.
