Had a chair that was 4 years old and was a warranty item. Wayne was awesome about everything. Had the chair back really fast. Not a common issue I had but no dramas. Awesome people to deal with and great product. Thanks
update 2024 - Apparently I'm a spambot. My mother bought the chair, she still has it, and it still woobles & shakes, she won't throw it away because it costed so much. no price listing on website, bought an office chair for a pricey $300, after using it for some time, it started to wobble and make sounds and was not comfortable to sit on. I dont think the chair was good quality for the price. The salesman was friendly.
Just taken delivery of a 1600 round table that Wayne designed for us. Well made and perfect for our needs. Thank you Wayne.
