This is the worst OD store in the whole bay area. I just had a very unfortunate encounter with the store manager (Felipe) today. In my opinion, he is not qualify to be a store manager. His attitude and behavior will create a great lost of customer for the company in the long run.I was returning a DTV Box which I bought on 10/11/08 (in this location). I try to explain my reason for returning the box. Not only is he Rude, Dis-criminative, and Very Un-friendly. He is also the main cause why customer like me will never, never go... read more
