nobody speaks English that I can understand what a shame that this happened to Office Depot. What a great company that used to be.
Received a "ready for pickup" email, went to pick up item. Surprise, not ready, was told it would be 24 hours per corporate policy. This is nowhere on the website. The senior store person (in a hoodie) came out and was rude and unhelpful (walked away from me). Not a word of apology for the misinformation, horrible customer service. Ordered a lateral file cabinet to be delivered to my home. There carrier VEYER notified me via email that my purchase was delivered - Great news! Your Office Depot / ODP Business Solutions order has been delivered. Don't forget to rate your delivery experience. - NOT DELIVERED! Getting feedback from VEYER or Office Depot has been impossible.
