Avoid Robert Lister. He did not communicate with us. set expectations he did not meet and was never apologetic when we explained to him our frustrations. If you get assigned him to him, run.
We have used Office Basics for many years. The service is tremendous and they provide prompt delivery of the items I need. They also offer no hassles returns. I'm very appreciative of their services and try to order what ever I need from them.
We have been using this service for years, and they do their job well consistently.
If we could give them a half star we would. They provided very good service prior to placing an order. Our very first order was incorrect. When we called the sales representative, he was non-responsive. Took a week to receive a response from them and that was after we called the Corporate office. It took over a week to pick up the incorrect order. We will not purchase from this company again.
