very easy to use/navigate
Office Ally is a very easily used EHR and clearinghouse. When occassionally necessary the support staff was always helpful and readily available. The pricing for all the services was also quite reasonable. I have been using Office Ally for many years and see no reason to change.
Customer Service is excellent. They go above and beyond to get answers and help as a third party. I would be lost without them.
