Had to order replacement cushions from Chris Williams in Annapolis Offenbachers store. Had a fantastic experience placing the order for new cushions with lots of new information and new fabrics. Chris was extremely helpful. Thank you.
Amazing customer service from beginning to end! Chris Williams and his staff took care of us like family! We purchased a 2 person outside spa and also a sauna for outside. They are perfectly set up and working beautifully! Chris arranged everything including an electrician. The price was right. We are very happy!!
