If anyone is even thinking about purchasing a spa I highly recommend visiting William at Offenbachers in Annapolis! I went there one afternoon just to begin a search for a spa to replace our 23 year old “hot tub!” William was very knowledgeable about the spas they sold and others that I inquired about. Excellent products and first rate customer service.
Just finished the install for our new hot tub from Offenbachers! Highly recommend our salesman William who went above and beyond in terms of communication and effort to ensure the process was smooth from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and took his time off of work to come out and make sure we understood the maintenance of the tub thoroughly. Gave me his cell number and even answered while he was at the gym! Great guy, highly recommend!
William is the reason I bought the best shuffleboard table I have ever had! Highly recommended
