DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I unfortunately have to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding their complete inability to run a business. They have great things on their website so I spent over $1,000 on their products. It's been over 2.5 months now since I placed the order. I have sent numerous emails, and called many times. NO response.
UPDATE: David Scott Krenz, owner of Off The Wall Pet, has now shut this business down, taking all of our money with him. Note that he still owns Cardinal High End Construction. Based on our experience with him, we would not recommend doing business with this individual in any capacity. Our experience has been the same as those described by the other Google reviewers. I have a cat that is getting arthritic in her old age and wanted to purchase some items to make her more comfortable. I ordered from Off the Wall because, according to their website, the items I wanted were in stock. After placing the order I received an e-mail stating that it would be two to four weeks before the items would ship due to everything being hand made.
