Off the Wall The quality and build of the furniture is somewhat lacking. Also, they show no regard for my time. I had a murphy bed installed by them 6 years ago and the workmanship was excellent. I had the same bed installed in a new home about a month ago and the first time I pulled the bed down for a houseguest, the handles detached from the bed.
