Great place I love this store. They always have friendly service and great prices. I have 2 picky teenagers, who literally could drain my back account trying to stay up with the current fashions. Instead of buying new I buy smarter and skip the mall. They get the cute clothes they want and my bank account stays out of the red which is what I want.
I took a designer gown to them and they lost it or sold it and kept the money --- not sure because the staff was confused, their computer system told them nothing and they never responded to my requests. Each time I would go in to try and re-up my consignment contract for my dress the staff person said they had to contact the store owner and get back to me...I never heard anything...and after going back multiple times, and finding different staff people at the desk, they finally let me go back in their stock room, and my gow... read more
I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! – I would not recommend anyone to shop there! In fact, I would discourage, with passion, anyone to shop there. BAD BAD PLACE TO SHOP!!!

Cool store – I really like this consignment store. It is the best one I have found in the area. The ladies working there are helpful and the prices are great. I always get told my outfits are cute and asked where I got them. I always tell them how great this store is as well as how inexpensive the outfit was. I can easily walk out with a new outfit for 20 dollars or less. Thanks
I love shopping here. They have a huge selection of namebrand clothing and accessories. The owners are so friendly and helpful. My mother and I brought some clothing in to consign. My clothing was within the current style while my moms stuff was well from the 60's. I was nervous about going with her and tried to talk her out of trying to consign something so old and outdated, but I couldn't convince her otherwise. I love shopping at Off the Hook because the employees are so friendly and help me find exactly what I am looking for. The selection and the prices are great too! I find something I cant live without each time I shop there. It is definitely a great consignment store with great prices!
