Mark (the owner) is very knowledgeable and capable of fixing lots of different kinds of issues. His knowledge is very helpful for knowing what kinds of parts to order and what the ramifications will be. He's able to fix tricky issues like fixing stripped-out bolts and creating a custom pedal solution which includes 3-D printing a piece to make it work.
So we took our bikes to Off the Chain Bicycles today because we were convinced our pump was broken… turns out, we just needed to keep pumping (who knew 50–60 PSI actually meant 50–60 PSI?!) A little embarrassing, but totally worth it—Mark was awesome and got us all set up. We even walked out with two super comfy Cloud 9 seats at a great price 10/10 recommend stopping by if you need anything bike-related (or just a confidence boost in your pumping skills )
Had a tire go flat on my e bike and Mark was able to fix it right up in time for me to get to my job interview! Ended up getting the job and loving it. Wouldn't be possible without marks help! Excellent prices and super nice dude.
Got me up and running on my bike! Highly recommend for servicing your bike in town in the heart of Sevierville! ☺️
