I came in from about 8 hours away and suffered a bike rack failure on our drive that damaged my son’s bike and we lost his seat. Our ride was over before it started if we couldn’t replace it. Stopped at this shop and the staff was incredible. One employee literally sold me their personal seat post from their personal bicycle because they didn’t have one in stock that would fit my son’s Trek bike. Did a great job repairing bike but the end charge was more than originally quoted and wasnt disclosed. Would have likely opted out due to bike being not the best in first place.
Great experience. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't feel pressured at all to buy. We ended up buying 2 bikes from him with one being electric. Great store and highly recommend.
The gentleman that owns this is super cool! Hooked it up with 3 tires and 1 inner tube for my kids bikes! Go check him out and SUPPORT OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!!
