Excellent shop. I stopped in yesterday for a quick brake pad replacement and seat post adjustment. Qian is knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He took care of my request as soon as I entered the store, answered all of my questions, and I was quickly back on the road. Will be stopping by again soon to have some fenders ordered and installed. Highly recommended!
Qian is the bike guy. I’m so glad I found him purely by accident, due to a flat tire near the bridge. He was honest, gave me a great advice about bikes and upgrades. My old bike person folded her shop in C-town; Off the Bridge is my new go-to place for all things bicycle. Many thanks!!
Best shop I’ve been to ever
They charge for AIR and are rude! Would be happy to tip or donate to keeping a local shop open, but to say 2 bucks instead of good morning is just….bye
