Off The Bone boudin is absolutely amazing. I live in Topeka Ks. and bought their boudin while in Louisiana Gator hunting. I have a friend that lives near OTB and he brings boudin to me when he comes to Ks. I've tried boudin from other companies and nothing comes close to OTB. I wish they offered shipping
