Ordered 3 belts from ORB 2 of the belts received were the wrong ones whoever picked the belts from warehouse grabbed the wrong ones. Informed Tracy of the mistake and the correct belts were shipped out and received. Nice to deal with a company that promptly takes care of a problem when a mistake is made. Will be ordering again from ORB.
