We paid over $1400 for a piece of crap sofa. :( The staff tried desperately to get us to buy a 5 year warranty on top of the manufacture warranty and now I understand why. We purchased our sectional sofa in March of this year and had to have the main couch piece replaced once, the chaise part has been replaced twice and repaired twice. Getting in touch with Larry regarding the repairs/replacements is very difficult...he is ALWAYS unavailable. Do not make the same mistake that we did. You will regret it. Hateful, rude and completely unprofessional sales staff! I was treated like a second class person when I tried to get anyone to pay attention to me, they'd look me up & down as if I had some sort of contagious disease just because I am in a wheelchair. I only wish I had seen the reviews here before my purchase. One star is way too much for what I've endured. Honestly, it was only one person in the store that really made such a negative impact on the whole experience. Management was rude, unprofessional and does not stand behind the merchandise they sell.
