The male member of the store has no training as a masseuse. The two lumps either side of the spine on the the lower back are not lumps in a muscle, these are the top of the llium bone. I had to ask not to to that. Trying to rub out a tendon is something you don't do either. Had to ask not to do that. This message was to be a Therapeutic Massage, not a remedial message, he was just digging with his elbow. I made the mistake of paying.
