When they found out I didn't go through them to financial my truck because Enterprise took their car back a day early I had to reach out on my own not the rate and payment I wanted. They called the next day they were sorry we couldn't get in quick enough they actually went in Beat the percentage rate and knock my payment down $150 thank you Nivea Shaw for all you and oecu has done for me
This is the MOST draconian credit union EVER. I got 60 days past due on my car loan, then they repoed my car after I explained that Covid was taking its toll on my finances. Rather than be understanding, they proceeded to close my account as soon as my stimulus hit, thus also denying me federal stimulus aid in direct violation of federal law. Do NOT go here! Your money is safer buried in a shoebox in the back yard!
