I want to give a shout out to Angelica Almanza! She is definitely the person I want to see whenever I need to take care of my banking needs. She recently was able to correct a mistake made previously by another employee. I will only rely upon Angelica from now on! Btw I was also very disappointed to see that Jeremy is no longer the branch supervisor. He was one of the most personable and knowledgeable supervisors that I’ve encountered with OECU. Had a great experience working with Sherry Kellum on our loan. She was professional and handled the whole process with skill. Her communications with us were timely and always friendly.
Angelica Almanza was wonderful to me at the credit union today. I think my account has been hacked by an insurance agent that I had allowed to do an automatic draft from my account. She spent a great deal of time dealing with me and she and Jeremy were not only nice to me, but they were knowledgeable on what I should do with my account!
