I want to preface this by saying that I do not leave bad reviews. I give people the benefit of the doubt, or grace when mistakes are made because we all make them. This is not one of those times. I want to give a shout out to Angelica Almanza! She is definitely the person I want to see whenever I need to take care of my banking needs. She recently was able to correct a mistake made previously by another employee. I will only rely upon Angelica from now on! Btw I was also very disappointed to see that Jeremy is no longer the branch supervisor. He was one of the most personable and knowledgeable supervisors that I’ve encountered with OECU.
