I have been with OECU for years, and they have been nothing but great help! Never had any problems! My boyfriend and I just recently applied for a car loan, and Joseph Nelson helped us through the entire process with no problem. We sat down with him, and he went through step by step to help us out. With his help, we got the loan just like that. We gladly appreciate him for taking the time to help us get a car loan! :))

They care more about ganging up on a new employee than locking up the vault at night. They don't take your money seriously and you shouldn't take them seriously. Edit since I'm the only review they responded to: When a new employee is reminding the veteran employees to lock the vault, it becomes clear that security is not taken seriously.
I have always received aexcellent service, but Oliveya went above and beyond to help today. She helped this technologically challenged person set up online banking. She did this with a smile and a delightful sense of humor. I highly recommend this branch of OECU and this delightful young lady. She brightened my entire day! Thank you, Oliveya!!
