I visit this location every month. It’s always been my understanding that you should be kindly greeted upon entering a business, especially such a small office like this one where it’s very obvious when someone enters considering you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. I’m almost never greeted or asked how I can be helped until moments later. Am I supposed to walk straight to an employee and sit in front of them to get their attention?
