OE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is an absolute POS bank! They literally charge you $25 for insufficient funds returns. I had a penny transaction to simply verify my account and they charged me $25 for a return fee. No other bank (that i know of) charges you $25 if you don't have money in your account and they do a return payment. They charged me $25 for a 1 cent transaction that l was charged to account for verification. Zero and I mean zero reasons to open an account sy this credit union!
Well so far not impressed with the website more times then not no access
I see a lot of not so great reviews. Let me just say, this bank is a great bank. It may be small at this branch but they’re always helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues here and am proud to continue to conduct my business with them.
I feel bad for anyone who puts there money in their so called "bank"
Called Livermore, CA OE Credit Union to conduct business. At the end of the call the representative kept asking for my Phone # so they can call about my account. I said no, mail me. The person got angered when I again said no. Now I am getting calls from the Gladstone branch that goes to voice mail. STOP calling me, I am not interested. If it is important mail me the paperwork.
