Five stars for amazing employees. Great for car loans. Everything else is questionable. Flags legit transactions while allowing fraudulent ones to go through. Will flag a troll clothing company purchase for less than $100 as suspicious but let a “Bad Hair Days” transaction for $900 go through. We keep our car loans and one of our credit cards here but have moved to another credit union where we have had no compromised cards. With OE our cards were compromised regularly. Great people. Can never speak to anyone when I call. I can never get my fiance on my account even though I've filled out the paperwork for it 3 times
