I hate that I'm forced to have an account at this place.
My wife walked in to the Reno branch and was told she could not be assisted with opening a new account because they were too short staffed. There were 3 employees behind the counter just chatting and no other customers in the building. She was told to go online to open the account instead. Impressively bad customer service.

This bank is really the best bank you could ever have, this the truth. I've been with them since they all started, and they are all professionals, all eager to help you, you can't go wrong, I think I've been since 1995, they truly all are amazing. Sincerely Harold D Cummings
I'm not even going to get into it. Not worth any more of my time or energy than I've already had to deal with about this establishment. It just sucks that I have NO choice but come to this place once a month to get my money from them.
