Tried to talk to someone about an issue and the operator hung up on me and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Also, have interviewed here, know about 15 people who have interviews here. Their not hiring. They just say they are. People I know that work here hate it too. It’s a brutal company with no spine and is very frugal with their employees but their employees aren’t much smarter.

They run fraudulent credit card purchases and refuse to refund subscriptions.

Overall a very competent suite of tools. Odoo implementation services are not great though. Instead of a trained technical person helping with real life implementation issues and customizations you get a glorified sales person who has to defer most of your questions to the real people. This of course uses your implementation hours twice as fast. If you have someone who is familiar with python and or databases, you can probably do most of the implementation yourself. I was really impressed with the Odoo platform. Chris Kotrides in particular was really helpful in quickly setting up a demo that thoroughly met all of my small business requirements, and effectively showed the adaptability and comprehensiveness of the platform. My follow-up questions were addressed quickly as well.
