Clear, professional, and efficient
I am disappointed in their service. They don't double-check. They had to refund the shortfall deposit I paid when I had to renew my house mortgage. First thing they had to charge $1505 for their fee and had a refund me $8700 something, but sent me a cheque for $1505 instead of $8700 something. What if people don't calculate and double-check?
