I usually do my taxes myself, but after a rough year (and making some mistakes attempting to file myself) I needed some help. Bruce was very helpful, friendly, and helped save my butt this year. I would highly recommend them, and I will be back next year!
Called talked to someone for a few minutes then went down to see the place and made an appointment. He called me later that day to tell me he wouldn't do my taxes I asked why he basically said I don't fit their clientele. Don't know if it was because I have long hair and was unshaven or own an RV park and also travel a lot for work
Actually now you're not just rude but a liar also. We was not greeted, you didn't come out from your office nor did your assistant. We sat down and waited for someone to say something. My husband did get up from his chair, looked in your office and said hi how ya doing... THEN you acknowledged us. We got there at 3 and left @ 3:15. My husband's phone had to update so he could give you all the other stuff you needed. So WE WAS NOT UNPREPARED... just needed 2 minutes to update to get you EVERYTHING! AND HE TOLD YOU THAT.
