I was looking for a natural hairstylist. Appointment was accepted on January 2nd for March 28th. I was contacted by stylist stating she needed to reschedule a week before the appointment. No apology given. She offered only 1 time slot in exchange. I replied asking if she had another day and she never replied. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.
