This corporation commits obscene lying practices, and their subsidiary PHH Mortgage takes zero accountability for anything they screw up, and they screw up everything you could think of. Do not use PHH Mortgage if you can help it, and refinance to a different mortgage holder as soon as possible.

The absolute worst Business to work with. PHH mortgage reputation precedes itself. It fails to provide any form of reliable customer service and basic requests last minimum 30 days. As a veteran I am attempting to work to have my taxes adjusted and they refuse to work with me or the State. I would hardly call this institution a business. I have to resort to seeking legal action to have such a simple issue resolved.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE BEEN SUED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MILLION BECAUSE OF THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. DEALING WITH THEM IS A NIGHTMARE!!!
