Never use this company. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for over a year and still not done. My payments went from 1,800 a month to 2,500 a month and now 3k a month. This is why this company has multiple lawsuits against them.

This corporation commits obscene lying practices, and their subsidiary PHH Mortgage takes zero accountability for anything they screw up, and they screw up everything you could think of. Do not use PHH Mortgage if you can help it, and refinance to a different mortgage holder as soon as possible.
