We did a 2-bed apartment move with Octomovers in northern NJ, and they sent a team of three, led by Edison. They were very professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings. The move was completed quickly and smoothly (even faster than we expected). Jelena was my point of contact, and she was very helpful throughout the process and ensuring sending the COIs to both buildings. Great communication, great price, and great people! Highly recommend, and hope to use their services again in the future.
The movers came on time were very friendly and extremely polite. Worked very hard in high temperature to move all my stuff. Finished the job in a few hours, cleaned up and left. Moving is a very stressful process, and these guys made it a lot easier. I would hire them again if I needed.

The customer service is 10/10 at all points of the move, when scheduling I was met with kindness, enthusiasm - and as the move got closer I was able to trust that Jelena was looking out for me - on the day of the move I was really lucky to get such an outstanding team - Rodney and two of his colleagues showed up and were absolutely stellar! A well oiled machine that was fast moving, while still being careful, could not have been any better!!! Perfect!
