You know, these folks do have good quality theater furniture, but their customer service is the worst. My seats (9) were ordered in Oct and delivered in December. The delivery team knew NOTHING of these chairs in terms of assembly, installation, and operation. This was my second purchase of these seats due to a new house, and I had to show them almost everything. Had a great experience this week with Tom T. He showed us some nice options that would fit well in our space. They have so many models and choice of materials. I’d definitely recommend trying Octane out!
We have had the recliners for 2 years and the leather is tearing at the creases. I have filed 2 claims which were denied. Warranty or not a leather chair should not tear in random spots, from normal use. We have other leather furniture that is 25 years old and has not torn with use.
Definitely would not recommend the Octane line of theatre seating. the " leather" fake leather that is garbage and flaking off after a few years of use. $2000 Octane seating will soon be replaced with a real leather local puchase.
Josh Wolf was really great. It started with a Chat on the website. I had some questions because I have some chronic pain due to a construction accident I had several years before. I was hoping I could see the seats and try them out. Turns out their warehouse and showroom were only about 45 minutes away from where I lived so he invited my wife and I to come in.
