Still waiting for a refund for a seat after giving up on receiving the correct installation hardware. This is going on 4 months with zero customer service. Prepaid for 12 theater seats, no inexpensive, and was delivered 24 seat backs; waited for the 12 seat bottoms only to find hardware missing. If they communicated in any acceptable manner, I would not post this info, however they are not communicating and I would seek out other companies for theater seating needs so you don't have this happen to you. Not great. They sent the wrong chairs. (you had one job) The amount of work it took me and my helper to unbox, assemble, carry up a flight of stairs, determine they were wrong, carry back down the flight of stairs, disassemble, schedule replacement, and then start all over again was never acknowledged or compensated. Chairs are ok at best, cast of characters was a shlt show.
Received the wrong measurements on our risers after waiting about a month. Had to make do with what they gave us. The agent was pleasant but initially tried to say that it was a fault do to our own. Once she realized it was their mistake she had us email pictures. No immediate response was given. We still have received no new risers and now they're asking for the incorrect risers to be sent back AFTER the agent told me to dispose of them!
