I did one of their meet and greets on Zoom where we discussed our questions and gave are concerns. We were told in an email if we did this meeting we will receive $40 on our wave card. Needless to say after a month and speaking to three different people I never received it after I sat for an hour during this whole meeting with the same Avatar that you see in this review. Had a lot of trouble switching from OCTA app to new WAVE app. Very odd since OCTA app was very easy to use and intuitive. WAVE total mess. Can’t plan any trip unless you get another trip app??? I think OCTA went backwards on this one. Not impressed. Store was great! Got my card transferred over by very helpful young lady promptly. Highly recommended to visit the store if you have any issues.
I want to put money in my Wave card for next trips to go.
