Nathan and Aaron are the most helpful people ever!!! Never received such nice customer service from a car rental place before, definitely recommend it!
Zen and Max were brilliant. Particularly Zen when we had a minor problem with the car. She organised the call-out in under 10 minutes and called me to keep me informed. The RACQ arrived in less than one hour. Excellent. Zen was friendly approachable and very helpful. All on a Sunday, too!
Really impressed with OCR. From start to finish the service was smooth and stress-free. They gave us an upgrade to a new car. The car was in great condition and perfect for getting around the Gold Coast. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with, and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward. Would definitely hire from them again and recommend to others.
Warning – Stay Away From This Rental Company I strongly advise against renting from this place. I had a very bad experience. The shuttle arrived over one hour late, despite me providing full airline arrival details in advance. Customer service was extremely poor. Both male and female staff at reception were rude and unhelpful. When booking online, the deposit was clearly stated as $500 for vehicle pickup. The shuttle bus service is very efficient with a very helpful driver. Picking up the car and delivering it back was seamless .. also booking online was simple. Thankyou to Max and Zen... I'll certainly book with you again.
