A Terrible Experience I reserved a car with OCR Car Rentals from June 1st to 8th for myself and my wife in Gold Coast. After providing all the necessary information, including my flight schedule, the attendant, Margaret, instructed me to call her as soon as I arrived, especially since my flight was close to the agency's closing time of 7 pm. I was pleasantly surprised by the Discounts and offered by this car
After months of chasing a refund due to their airport driver telling me I had the wrong date (I didn't, it was an issue with the booking name and booking agency) and the branch attendant assuring me he'd issue a refund, I've not been able to get it resolved even though my correspondence was clear as day. I don't recommend this hire company.
