Saque una cita y nadie abrió en todo el dia . Si no iban a estar no entiendo para que me hacen perder mi dia laboral para la cita que no atienden

Terrible experience today. On their website it says purchase contract is valid as a proof of address, then in came to the appointment and they wont accept and wont look at the documents. I waited 1 hour for them to tell me they will bot accept because don't love here given i have a signed home purchase agreement with closing date within 15 days. This shows how they just don't care to provide a good service.

I strongly urge OCPS and possibly its legal team to consider opening a formal investigation into the conduct of Mrs. Staci Neal, the Director of Student Enrollment. Based on numerous public reviews and personal observations, there appears to be a serious and ongoing issue within this office that warrants immediate attention. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk who informed me I could do a walk in appointment by 2pm. I arrived around 1:30 and was out the door by 2:45. The process was easy and the lady at the front desk and in the back that helped us was friendly. I was surprised by all of the negative reviews here and was expecting to have a terrible experience. It was quite the opposite. Hopefully they have a better system now to accommodate everyone .
