I called and spoke to someone at the front desk who informed me I could do a walk in appointment by 2pm. I arrived around 1:30 and was out the door by 2:45. The process was easy and the lady at the front desk and in the back that helped us was friendly. I was surprised by all of the negative reviews here and was expecting to have a terrible experience. It was quite the opposite. Hopefully they have a better system now to accommodate everyone .
First time here. Plenty of signage indicating where to go and park. Reception and staff were very friendly and helpful.
🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ after 4days of trying without an appointment.. !!! Arrived at 530am to join the line .. I was the 15th person to be seen !!! Thanks to MS LEONY FOR HER SERVICE AND PATIENCE!!!
We waited in line for over 4 hours, which was absurd and disrespectful. The place was empty inside, and they forced people to stay outside for hours in the scorching heat, with space to sit inside.
