What a dump , the female staff member pretty much just stares at the tv , mumbles very few words (if you can understand her). This is a cash register nothing more , the equipment is dirty ,muscle stimulator barely functioning, the ministry needs to be aware of what is going on here , I have never seen staff so utterly disengaged from the clients in my life , the good reviews astound me , obviously most people have not been to a properly run professional clinic . Would have been nice if staff had advised only one parent would be allowed at initial screening for our minor child. Wasted 2+ hours of my workday and disrespected our family commitment to our child's health.

The staff are not professional especially recipients. She acting very rude. They changed the appointment by them self and the did not inform me about the changes. When I come to the appointment, they said you don’t have an appointment at this time. So I asked her for rescheduling the appointment for my convenient time but She was not answering for next appointment. She acting like the physician in this world.
