This photography place has probably ruined my reputation. For some background, I go to a Hart District school (won’t say which one for privacy reasons) the minute I saw my photo I wanted to cry. It looked so ugly. The quality was terrible and it was nothing like the picture they showed me on picture day. I asked all my friends if they liked their’s and they all said no. Worse unprofessional people ever. Super high for no reason! People are super rude. They printed pictures I did not order! They basically said there’s nothing they can do about it. I would NOT recommend!
Not sure why VHS partnered with such an expensive photo service. One single 8x10 page costs $89. Sure they took multiple pictures, but if one picture purchase cost this much, then ordering multiple pictures is hard even though you like to order more. Since it’s senior pictures so parents get the pressure. At least this place should give a frame for courtesy sake.
Hart district unfortunately chose this place to be the center of our kids Senior portraits. I posted on SCV moms to ask about a retake because my twin’s pictures terrible. The quality looked cheap and the pictures were down right sloppy and ugly. Did not look professional at all. The moms informed me to ask for a retake since we were not happy with the session. They allowed my son to go back with a fee and only took cap and gown pictures so now his year ugly book photo will is stuck with him forever. Would not recommend ever... read more
