RecommendedMy experience with O'Connor Embroidery could not have been better. Stephanie worked closely with me to ensure my order was exactly to my expectations, and the end result - an elegant custom-monogrammed shower curtain and coordinating towels - was stunning. Unlike much of commercial embroidery, the technique used by O'Connor leaves a carefully finished reverse/obverse side of the item. I could not have been more pleased.
I had a last minute order that had to be done that day and they helped me out. It was ready by end of day. Ms. Cathy was a life saver. I highly recommend them. They are friendly people and make you feel welcome. Love you guys.
Horrible service and horrible staff will never spend my money here again and I suggest everyone else find a better place to spend their money
I have used O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel on three recent occasions. The first two transactions were simple monogram embroidery requests; both were successful. However, my most recent experience was far from acceptable and could be better described as gross incompetence.
