Have been going there for the past 7 years. We no longer will be going. Dropped our taxes off last week of February We where told to come in and sign did this in 3/1/18 here we are now on 4/5/18 still our taxes have not been filed. We where told that his FED ID number was hacked. His office did not even call us to let us know this was found out when I called to see where my tax refund was! My husband called a few days ago and he was told Richard would call him back.....What a joke still no call...What a way to run a business... read more

We have been using their service since 1993 when we were first started in the used car business, and now that we are retired, we continue to use them. Never had a problem in 25 years of Great Service.

I do not recommend anyone that wants there tax return done in a timely fashion ever think about going to Mr. O'Connor's Accounting office. I took my taxes to him for the first time on Feb.2,2015 I called him several times to check on my taxes because he said for me to leave them with him and he would call me in a two days after he was done preparing them. Finally on FEB. 21, 2015 after I told him that I was coming to get my taxes his wife told me to come in and sign forms so he could electronically file my taxes. It's now Ma... read more
