I had the worst experience EVER at the Seneca branch. During COVID, all the probate courts were closed and the home held in our father's estate was tied up and we were unsure of our next steps. One of the Senior Execs there said because of COVID we cannot foreclose if you don't personally pay, but as soon as that is lifted, we will come after you with all we have got.
