I absolutely love this bank. They are in network with Allpoint ATMs. They offer UChoose Rewards as a perk for using your debit card. They have mobile deposit options, transfers between accounts, zelle, billpay, and an easy platform to use for their online banking.
Good: Courtesy, politeness, able to assist costumer...ALL WAY ROUND BAD: DON'T RELEASE YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT EARLY....IF YOUR PAYDAY IS ON WEDNESDAY THAT'S THE DAY U WILL GET IT... I'VE HAD A LOT OF BANK ACCOUNTS THAT PAID 2-3 DAYS EARLIER THAN ...THIS ONES HOLDS YOUR MONEY... REALLY "FLIPPING" YOUR MONEY BEFORE THEY GIVE TO YOU...THATS OUT WEIGHS ALL THE GOOD QUANTITIES OF THIS BANKING INSTITUTION...I FEEL IF I A COMPANY SENDS A BANK A DEPOSIT...IT SHOULDN'T BE HELD NO MORE THAN 24 HRS..THEN RELEASED...
No option to dispute charges. No loan options without 20% down. No 24 hour customer service line. Bank closes at 4pm and closed Saturday. And members here have to go inside or drive thru to deposit a check, can't be done online or at the ATM. But, The employees are an A+, very friendly and helpful.They are the only reason I haven't left yet .
It's a good bank although it does have some issues on the online side of their part rarely
