They always help you.
Excellent experience paying my truck taxes that we all dread. Long story short, I paid with echeck that must of had a wrong digit. They sent me a letter saying I owed the tax plus $30. Went to the office and they made it right w a $30 refund. Extremely courteous. Thanks for the extra time to make it right.
Yeah, I mean, these ladies seem always really good over here. They always seem to know what they're doing and very helpful.
Everyone's always nice and polite. Just hate having to give them my money, but they're very helpful and they do their job well.
