For the most part everyone who works at the tax office is super friendly and kind. However the last few times I have called I get sent to a voice mail. So I called multiple times today and the person who answered was rude and asked why I was calling multiple times that there were only two of them and they were doing the best they could. I told them that although I know they work hard and I do believe they are doing the best they can, what i do not understand is how Oconee county pays one of the highest tax rates in the state... read more

It's out of character for me to leave reviews altogether, but never in my wildest dreams would I ever have felt compelled to leave a 5-star review for a government agency.
