Terrible in everyway. Don't do what they say theyre going to do. Give wrong information. Collect your information and alter it. Then bill you free for their mistakes. Then don't correct them again. Same process 3 times still no resolution. Go somewhere else
The executive I communicate with, Randy Mcleod and Ozge were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They resolved my query promptly, helped me during my hard time and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to both of them.
Eleanor at OCM has always helped me with any issues I've had with my car. Due to my job loss and car being in an accident, she said we could come up with a payment plan, and a reasonable amount until I am caught up again. As long as you stay current on your payments and keep your promises if you ever fall short, they will help you. If you're diligent, respond in a timely manner and are respectful, they will work wonders.
If there was 0 stars that’s what this pathetic company would get!! Don’t ever use this company!! Be careful using this company because if you voluntarily give your vehicle back they’ll take you to small claims court stating you’ve been none compliant but a PERSON can’t be compliant if they new absolutely nothing about the car being sold at an auction!!! That’s what they’re currently doing to me! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone nor even my worst enemy!! Pathetic company!!
Terrible experience. Like what others said it's worse than signing a contract with the devil. Absolutely scummy how high the interest rates are and no help with issues with car. Engine blew out and they don't help with any resolution.
