Take your new prescription and run! These are highly incompetent people, and the lens lab they use will make you go cross-eyed. The real kicker is, you have to pay for bad work.
I’ve bought 3 pairs of glasses on two different occasions in recent years from the Optical Shop at the Grove. Both times, not once but twice, the optician at a desk in front, Thomas Sylvester, was the crabbiest most unpleasant employee of Ochsner I have ever been around. I don’t think he enjoys his job nor likes working with shoppers. He was a jerk . My husband was watching and agreed.
