I’ve been trying to reach your office since 7:30 this morning to reschedule my 8:00 AM appointment. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it today. I’ve called over 20 times and spent 10–20 minutes on hold each time, but I haven’t been able to get through to anyone.
The faculty is nice, alone with front office personnel. I do feel that my experience with therapy is good but could be better.
