Excellent and very knowledgeable staff.
Everyone was so nice I wasn't in the best of moods walking in they didnt know I left smiling
This place is excellent and I would tell anybody to come here. The staff is perfect. The doctors are excellent.
I am giving one star due to how rude the front desk/patient intake staff is!! I was totally displeased with the treatment that I recieved today. They had inappropriate and judgemental conversations about my situation amongst eachother, while in my presence. I was highly offended and I hope this won’t happen to any other patient who visit this facility for treatment during recovery. Emotional intelligence, patient confidentiality, and customer-facing role etiquette trainings would be beneficial for this staff.
Therapist that I selected to have my evaluation with, was a “No Show”, and no one bothered to notify me until I got to the appointment. Crappy customer/patient service.
